Mediterranean Fuzzed Up Heavy Rock

Stonus are currently regarded as the most active Cypriot rock band. Based in London but originally from Nicosia, Cyprus, the heavy rock quintet has been active since 2015.

Their sound blends desert, psychedelic, and doom rock, characterized by pyrotechnic guitars, fiery solos, powerful drumming, and raw, dirty riffs, all anchored by melodic vocals and enhanced by analogue equipment. Their high-energy live performances further complement their dynamic style.

Their latest LP, Live in Zen (2024), is a captivating live video session recorded in January 2023 at Zen Studios in Nicosia, Cyprus. The session features a selection of tracks from their album Aphasia and the EPs Seance and Lunar Eclipse, showcasing the band's core setlist from their European tours in 2022 and 2023.
